Requirements of Land Owners
If you are a land owner in Gippsland Victoria and fit the following criteria:
Minimum of 50ha useable land
Zoned suitable to farm trees
Annual rainfall over 600mm
Undulating land with slopes less than 25 degrees
Good road access

Simply complete the expression of interest application form to participate in Radialwood plantations programme.
Please note that there is no obligation to be involved until an assessment of your land is completed and agreements are formally signed. Once we have received your application we will contact you and discuss your application further. Please note that at this stage there will be no obligation to progress with plantation nor any costs to date. If you agree to proceed, we will need to inspect land and test soil quality. A small cost may apply. If your land is suitable we will offer a commercial agreement to utilise your land for up to 25 years. Your equity stake in the timber plantation will depend on the quality and location of your land. All details will be clearly outlined in a legal agreement.
